 Anti-Spasmodics

1. Hyoscine-Nbutylbromide + Metamizol Sodium

Indication: indicated control of abdominal pain (colic) associated with spas-modic colic, flatulent colic, and simple impactions in horses. Sometimes also used in Cattle.

Notes: Not for use in patients with ileus or when decreased GIT motility may be harmful.
Side Effects: include transient tachycardia, pupil dilation, decreased secretions & dry mucous membranes Horse: 0.3 mg/kg (30 mg per 100 kg of body weight) via slow IV, Single Dose
