Class: H-1 blockers

Indications: Pruritis, urticaria, and angioedema with acute allergic reaction, anaphylactic shock and URT infaction. Side effects: Include drowsiness, weakness, dry mucous membrane, urinary retention and CNS stimulation on overdose. Notes: Antihistamines may act synergistically with NSAID, glucocorticoids, or fatty acid supplements
